Welcome to Amethyst Reflexology. My name is Alex and I have been working as a reflexologist since 2013. My aim as a therapist is to offer you bespoke treatments suited to your individual needs and to do this I use a variety of specialised techniques that I have studied along the way. I also offer Indian head massage, aromatherapy and Reiki and I have a real soft spot for crystals. I love working with both the physical and the spiritual aspects of a person and I strive to connect and balance the two together.
I practice from my treatment room in Eastleigh and also from the clinic You Massage in Southampton.
