I have been practising reflexology since 2001. I trained at The London School of Reflexology and have continued over the years to train with some of the leading professionals in the field of fertility and pregnancy; notably Susanne Enzer (midwife and reflexologist) and Barbara Scott (Seren Natural Fertility). I am passionate about my work and believe that every woman holds their own unique and powerful energy within.

After an initial consultation, each treatment is adapted to precisely what is occurring in your life on a physical, mental and spiritual level. I offer a holistic approach, discussing lifestyle and nutrition, all of which are important on your journey. As a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am able to support you through the reflexology treatments by really listening to what is happening in your life and holding a sacred space for you to be yourself.
