There are ARR members in many parts of the UK, and Internationally, who can assist in treating infertility and our membership is growing every year.
Members contact details are below, arranged alphabetically. To find your nearest reproductive reflexologist select your County using the Category drop-down box, or use the search box on the right hand side.
Please click on the “Show Bio” under the members photo to reveal more about them.
If you do not see a member listed in your part of the UK please contact us as we may be able to suggest a therapist who, although not an ARR member, may be able to help.
Hi, I’m Jo. I founded Barefoot Reflexology, which is located in Stone, Staffordshire. I welcome the chance to meet you and introduce you to my Practice.
Before becoming a Reflexologist, I had spent over 26 years as a teacher, which I loved, but I found myself trying to overcome my own health issues and find an acceptable work/life balance.
Back in 2001, my husband and I had also suffered the loss of our daughter who was born prematurely and I struggled to come to terms with this loss.
I turned to Reflexology and found that it left me feeling relaxed, more balanced and more equipped to deal with life’s struggles. I decided to become qualified myself so that I could help people in a similar situation.
I am qualified as a Reproductive Reflexologist (Reproflexologist) and I am a full member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists – I look forward to helping couples and individuals on the journey to conception, whether they are undergoing IVF or following the natural route.
Reflexology is a gentle therapy that can be used to promote better health. It can be used by anyone, from newborn babies to those receiving end-of-life care and everyone in between.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology after completing an ABC accredited course with the Amarisa Training Academy of Reflexology. This course is recognised by the Association of Reflexologists, of which I am a member and abide by their strict Code of Practice. I have also completed Ziggie Bergman’s popular Facial Reflexology course at the London School of Reflexology and I’m excited to be able to offer this fantastic treatment to my clients! My name is Tina – if you are searching for help with health problems (PCOS, period problems, PMS, endometriosis etc), need help with conceiving, support with IVF/ICSI/IUI, need to relax, or are struggling with everyday life, then look no further.
I provide a natural alternative to the usual medical routes for infertility. This I address using Reproflexology techniques, aiming to balance the body’s reproductive systems, especially the hormonal system. Creating a feeling of deep relaxation and soothing the emotions can be very helpful in paving the way for a successful pregnancy. Partners are encouraged to support and take part by having their own specialised treatment if needed.
Reproflexology can also provide support if you are having Assisted Conception and are finding side-effects troublesome. Reproflexology aims to enhance NHS proceedures safely, providing balance and relaxation.

Jade was brought up around alternative therapies and has always been interested in the amazing healing effects they have on people.
Jade did her first reiki course when she was 16 years old. After having such good feedback from clients, she decided to turn professional in 2011 and studied at The London School of Reflexology and qualified as a reflexologist.
After a couple of years, Jade started encountering many clients who were struggling to conceive, so she went on to further her training in advanced Fertility Reflexology. She wanted to learn as much as she could in this area and be armed with all the tools to ensure her clients received the best treatment available. It has been an incredible journey and she has seen many clients benefit hugely from everything she has learnt.
She has gone on to do further training in facial rejuvenation, pre-conceptual care and pregnancy Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, Facial Rejuvenation, Advanced Hand Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles.
Jade brings a sense of calm, understanding and really loves seeing the wonderful benefits the treatments provide.

My love for reflexology began when I experienced the relaxation treatments brings whilst working as a manager in the banking sector. I enjoyed my sessions so much I decided to study and in 2008 I became fully qualified and in 2009 I left my job in banking and set up my practice. In 2010 I qualified in Maternity Reflexology and in 2011 I trained with Barbara Scott became a full member of the ARR. I have since successfully supported many clients whilst trying to conceive and during their pregnancies too and I feel privileged to have helped at such a special time
Liat is natural health practitioner her clinics are based in Canterbury & Faversham. Her interest are treating fertility issues, maternity care, woman’s health and over all body well being. Her believe that true natural therapy treats the body on all levels: emotional, physical, and spiritual. Treating the body as a whole is key to alleviating any particular symptom.
After working with a number of pregnant clients I became particularly interested in this area of reflexology and decided to undertake further training. Assisting couples who are trying to conceive and working with them throughout pregnancy is very rewarding.
I hold a Level 5 Qualification from the prestigious Inspira Academy where I was taught the innovative technique of Duopody Reflexology. This is a particularly holistic method as both feet are worked together.
I am also Reiki trained and hold an MSc in Biomedical Sciences.
I have been working as a Professional Reflexologist since 2002 and have an established private practice close to the city centre of Cardiff. I am passionate about helping my clients to move forward with their lives so I have undertaken many professional qualifications to enable me to provide a safe, caring and empathic environment which ensures complete confidentiality. My Reflexology qualifications cover many areas including Pre-Conceptual Care and Assisted Conception and I regularly work with clients trying to conceive, whether prior to IVF or during their medicated cycles. I am also able to support my clients emotionally, being fully trained as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I am a founder member of the Healthworks Clinic, but I now work from home. Peaceful and confidential. No time constraints. I am here to listen and to help with fertility and maternity issues.
I am a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife working in the NHS. I work in maternity, gynecology and early pregnancy clinics. In 2013, I completed my diploma in Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
Having seen many couples struggling with fertility issues and early pregnancy loss, I decided to further my reflexology practice by qualifying as a Reproductive Reflexologist in May 2015. My aim is to help couples on their fertility journey by restoring balance and helping to focus on the present moment.
I’ve been practising for almost 20 years combining aromatherapy, reflexology and reiki to help people manage the many stress-related problems resulting from modern day life. Early on my journey I felt drawn to helping women and couples cope with fertility issues, miscarriage and pregnancy and I have undertaken extensive training to enable me to work safely in this wonderfully rewarding field. I work holistically considering all aspects that impact on emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
My treatments work in subtle yet effective ways to encourage the body to regain its natural rhythm and health, enabling my clients to feel more relaxed, more positive and more in control.
Every treatment is tailored to your needs and I’m available for support and guidance in between our sessions. Above all, I provide a tranquil and comfortable space, where you can relax, talk openly or switch off completely. I work from home in central Surbiton, two minutes from the mainline station. Please see website for more details, client testimonials and opening times.
Areas covered include: Surbiton/Kingston – Royal Borough of Kingston, Greater London, Esher/Thames Ditton in Surrey
Whilst pregnant with my first child I experienced the benefits of reflexology and I loved every minute of it! So rather than return to my Marketing position I trained with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) and passed my IIR Diploma in Reflexology in London (one year course).
Whilst deciding which area to specialise in I spent a lot of time with friends who were trying to conceive and it was during this time that I decided to take part in the best course in the UK. Our inspirational tutor Barbara Scott imparted so much of her knowledge on the group and it is this knowledge which has benefited a number of my clients. Fertility Reflexology is much more than just working on the feet, it involves; listening, looking at my clients lifestyle (both male and female) and recommending changes where needed.
Assisting a client who hasn’t had a period for six months and starts her cycle within one week to assisting a PCOS client with a 60 day cycle to a regular 28 day cycle is one of the most rewarding feelings in the world!
Alison specialises in Fertility Massage, Hypnotherapy and Reproflexology to support the emotional and physical challenges that fertility, pregnancy, miscarriage and hormonal imbalance can bring.
Addressing the emotion can often be as important as addressing the physical imbalance itself. During her sessions she explains the impact that internal and external stress has on the body and how it wreaks havoc with the hormonal cycle.
She seeks to impart as much knowledge as she can about reproductive awareness and cycle health, advice on fertility tests and results, how to deal with the ups and downs of assisted conception and the effects that stress puts on your body.
Alison runs her main practice in Weybridge and also works at the Newlife Clinic in Epsom which specialises in Fertility, Immunology and Women’s health – promoting the integration of natural therapy with ground breaking modern medical procedures.
Areas close by: Guildford, Weybridge, Epsom, Walton-on-Thames, Esher, Chertsey, and Cobham
Reproductive Reflexology is a calm, holistic therapy which may help to balance the bodies hormones and shift irregular menstrual cycles to create the right conditions to encourage ovulation and conception. I am a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR) and I am trained to work with women and men experiencing fertility problems including IVF. I am also a qualified nurse and health visitor.
I qualified as a Reflexologist at the London School of Reflexology in 2013. I have always had an interest in health and nutrition, and the importance of taking responsibility for one’s own health. Reflexology felt like a great way to incorporate my passion for healthy lifestyle, with the ability to very quickly and directly, help clients to feel more balanced and in control.
In 2015 I decided to specialise in Fertility Reflexology, because as a mother of two, I understand the importance, not just of having children, but of giving your child the best start in life by addressing factors that may be impacting on the health of both parents to be, before conception. I believe that Reflexology can play a valuable role in this area.
