Yumiko has practiced complementary therapies since 1998 after giving up her careers in major companies in both Tokyo and London.
She has worked in major spas, clinics and hospice. She had also worked at the Tisserand Institute to assist teaching massage and supervising students.
She has studied Clinical Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Reproductive Reflexology, Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift (Natural Face Lift/Sculpting), Face Yoga Method, Soft Cupping Massage, Scar Tissue Release, Indian Champissage, Body Psychotherapy and Biodynamic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki and a member of several associations.
She has also studied in Palliative Care, Fertility and Pregnancy .
Furthermore, she has published her articles in Japanese and English Journals in many occasions.
She has been specialised in Reflexology (Fertility and Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Facial and Traditional), Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Zone Face Lift for many years. She is also a Face Yoga Instructor. Her understanding of physical, psychological and spiritual approach contributes to individual treatments and create safe environments for clients. She has helped on Fertility and Pregnancy journeys, Pre/Post operation and recovery, and Cleanse/Detox programs and she embraces every journeys with clients.
She has been in articles in the Daily Mail, British Vogue, Tatler, HarpersBazaar UK, Country and Town House, and local magazines describing as a best treatment.
