My name is Heather, and I am a complementary therapist and nutritionist specialising in fertility and women’s health. As a former midwife, I bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience in conception, pregnancy, and birth, alongside a deep passion for supporting individuals and couples on their fertility journey.
Reflexology offers a gentle yet powerful way to encourage relaxation and help restore the body’s natural balance in preparation for parenthood.
