I’m a fully qualified reflexologist with a specialist interest in reproductive reflexology.
I have undergone my own fertility journey which included IVF treatment and I enjoyed first hand the benefits that reflexology and other complementary therapies can bring.
Now, as a mother of 4 children, I feel incredibly lucky and aim to help other women and couples as they undergo their own journeys.
I qualified in Complementary Therapy at New College, Nottingham and began working as a self employed therapist in 2007. Although I provide a variety of therapies at my practice in Helston, Cornwall, my passion and love is Reflexology. It still amazes me how the body is positively affected by the treatment, helping it to balance and heal itself. Due to frequent enquiries from clients seeking to aid fertility, I felt it necessary to gain experience and qualifications in this area. I studied Reproflexology with Barbara Scott in 2010/11, which has enabled me to confidently work with couples trying to conceive naturally or through assisted conception. I have also recently studied Suzanne Enzer’s Maternity Reflexology course.

Having a keen interest in pre – conception factors, pregnancy and post – natal care, I am delighted to work with Reproductive Reflexology.
I am dedicated to supporting people with natural conception matters as well as those embarking on assisted fertility treatments, including IUI, IVF and ICSI.
My career as a Reflexologist started over 17 years ago. I had experienced the powerful effect that reflexology achieved for me as a person and wanted to learn more. This is when I decided to train as a Reflexologist and help others to benefit from this therapy.
During the years I have built up a wonderful clientele, gaining experience, knowledge and feed back from them.
Over the years I have completed courses to enhance my career as a Reflexologist, these being in fertility, maternity, reflexology for cancer care and advanced reflexology for general well being.
My Name is Susan Birbeck the Founder of Reflexology Health & Wellbeing Ltd since 2009 .
I am dedicated to tackling infertility and to enhance fertility through reflexology, particularly for couples undergoing assisted fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF/ICSI.
My work is specifically designed to help people have a better balance of health including reducing excess stress and in turn creating better conditions for fertility and wellbeing during the stages of pregnancy.
Some of the most thrilling moments of my career have been when my clients report they have been helped by reflexology to have a sense of restored vitality, in turn encouraging the body to form a good basis for fertility.
I am passionate about my work and have dedicated the last 6 years to developing my skills in the area of ‘energetic’ therapies so that I may help others with the best of intentions. ‘My work comes from the heart as I love what I do’
I specialise in a holistic natural approach to fertility preparation. My aim is to balance and harmonise mind, body and spirit through the energetics of reflexology.
My own success in treating couples who are challenged by fertility comes from my abiding passion for my work combined with a long experience as a Reflexologist and intuitive connection to my clients mind, body and spirit.
Drawing on my own personal background in business I understand the stress associated with the kind of lifestyle that goes with a busy working life and the effects it can have on your health, happiness and fertility. I set about creating more balance and harmony in my own life and trained in the therapies that I benefited from during those stressful years. Studying Reflexology helped me maintain some balance, physically & hormonally. Qualifying as a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner helped me to actually set and achieve my goals. I later qualified as an EFT practitioner working alongside Emma Roberts and Sue Beer (EFT masters and founders of the EFT Centre) which is when I became interested in Fertility Issues and went on to do further training in many related subjects including Reproflexology and HypnoBirthing. The mind body connection is so important at this time in your life. My Fertility and Natural Birth Programme will gently support you whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing IVF, helping you to stay mentally strong and hormonally balanced and prepared for your journey ahead.
I’m a Clinical Reflexologist specialising in Reproductive Reflexology. After years of suffering with severe Endometriosis, struggling to conceive and riding the IVF rollercoaster, I’m genuinely passionate about helping women who may be going through what I’ve experienced, allowing them to take control of their reproductive life cycle in a calm and natural way .
I offer weekly treatment protocols, along with nutrition and lifestyle advice, guidance and support and help with stress management.
Linda started her career in Clinical Diagnostics, and for the next 15 years, specialised in the manufacture, validation and research of immunoassay testing devices. A family move to Cheltenham prompted a career change and she began training and qualified as a Reflexologist in 2001. Completion of Advanced Reflexology Training (ART) with Tony Porter, Neuro Reflexology with Nico Paulo and Reproflexology with Barbara Scott enables Linda to confidently treat clients, with particular interest in endocrinology, musculoskeletal wellbeing and reproductive health. She uses an integrated approach to treating her clients, combining nutritional and lifestyle advice alongside therapies.
Linda is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and a Member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR).
Back in 2008 I chose to train as a Reflexologist. This decision was based purely on my fascination, if not, obsession with the treatments I was receiving at the time.
Each treatment left me relaxed beyond belief, yet refreshed and energised at the same time. A physical imbalance was picked up on and has since been managed by regular treatments and subsequently diagnosed by my GP.
Having always lived by the philosophy ‘prevention is better than cure’. Reflexology fitted in with this belief perfectly.
Having experienced the process and procedures within conventional Assisted Conception and a subsequent miscarriage, I felt compelled to train in Reproductive Reflexology and support clients on the same journey. I work with couples on a weekly basis who have non diagnosed sub fertility, diagnosed sub fertility and also going through assisted conception with great results.
Clients describe me as passionate, empathetic and caring. I am in a privileged position to work with amazing clients who are looking for a supportive therapy at a special time in their lives.
Reproductive Reflexology is my absolute passion – there is nothing I like more than to be part of a couples’ fertility journey. I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2007 and as a Reproductive Reflexologist in 2013 and haven’t looked back since. Along the way, I have helped many couples achieve their dream of becoming parents – I have cried tears of sadness, tears of happiness, laughed and celebrated, but above all have been privileged to support people who are struggling to become parents. I am particularly interested in ‘unexplained infertility’, and no matter what stage of your fertility journey you are, I would love to help you too.

Because some clients were having issues with conception I undertook the reproductive training with Barbara Scott in 2016. This was comprehensive and to an incredibly high standard, and I realised how much I enjoyed this complex area of work.
Each couple’s journey is so personal , and it is a privilege to be able to help them on their path using this supporting and non-invasive approach.
I work from a clinic just outside Hay on Wye and also offer a mobile service.
Hi, I am a complementary practitioner specialising in women’s health, fertility, menstrual awareness and emotional support. I have over 15 years’ experience in clinic and have found that my passion in life is to support and empower women wherever they are in the menstrual journey – menopause included. When women are aligned and connected to their wombs they are incredibly powerful and creative. I work intuitively using a combination of reproductive reflexology and fertility/abdominal massage, holding the space with energy field healing. Diet, lifestyle and nutrition are added into the equation.
My work is my hobby and I have trained with some awesome people along the way and am constantly updating my skills to provide the very best for my clients. I hold “Nurtured Womb Workshops” devoted to nurture and self-care.
Currently I work from clinics at Nurture in Nottingham, Mickleover in Derby, Leamington Spa and Burton on Trent (East Midlands and Warwickshire).
I am a fully qualified Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, Reproflexologist and Maternity Reflexologist.
I am a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and a member of the Complementary Therapists Association. My passion is my work, and I have experience of working with fertility clients, maternity clients and all aspects of ‘Women’s Health’.
