Welcome to Touch Healing.

I am an Advanced Reproductive Reflexology Practitioner, passionate about supporting individuals through their fertility journey. I have lived experience of that, exploring Reflexology as a means of supporting the challenges that I encountered in achieving a healthy pregnancy.

I work with a wide range clients, particularly women who are seeking support with their health, especially that of Fertility /Reproductive, Menstrual / Hormonal matters particularly PMS/PMT/PMDD, Menopause, Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy. Reproflexology can support aiming to regulate the menstrual cycle and aims to minimise the impact of conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, in addition to living with Ovarian Cysts, Fibroids etc. I work with challenges that men may be experiencing as part of their fertility journey too. I work with solo clients and couples.

There may be many reasons why you are considering supporting from Reproflexology. This could be as a means to complement preparing to conceive, the assisted conception route, such as IVF, IUI & ICSI. It could also be as a means of support with unexplained and secondary infertility.

I have a longstanding working background in mental health.

I am fully insured through Holistic Insurance Services, a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR).  I am based in my clinic room at Sky Spa Wellness Centre, High Street, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.

Plus, I am an award winning Complementary Healthcare Practitioner too,  awarded Best Health & Wellbeing business and Best Overall Business at the Best of Welsh Business Awards 2024.
