I’m an Advanced Reproductive Reflexology Practitioner, passionate about supporting individuals and couples throughout their fertility journey.
My own experience of fertility challenges led me to explore Reflexology as a way of supporting myself through some of the difficulties I encountered while trying to achieve a healthy pregnancy. That lived experience has shaped the way I work today, with empathy, understanding and without judgement.
I work with a wide range of clients, particularly women seeking support with their reproductive and hormonal wellbeing. This includes fertility, menstrual and hormonal concerns such as PMS, PMT and PMDD, as well as menopause, pregnancy and post-pregnancy support.
Reproflexology can be used alongside your existing healthcare and fertility care, providing a supportive and nurturing space while you navigate your individual journey. It is non-invasive and can be used alongside symptoms resulting from PCOS, Endometriosis, Ovarian Cysts and Fibroids, with the focus being on supporting your overall wellbeing.
Fertility challenges do not just affect women. I work with men who may be experiencing challenges as part of their fertility journey. I welcome both individuals and couples.
There can be many reasons why you may be considering Reproflexology. You might be preparing to conceive naturally, exploring assisted conception such as IVF, IUI or ICSI, or looking for complementary support alongside your journey with unexplained or secondary infertility.
Whatever your circumstances, I understand that the fertility journey can be emotional, challenging and, at times, overwhelming. My aim is to provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can take some time for yourself, feel listened to and be supported as an individual.
Alongside my work in complementary healthcare, I have a longstanding professional background in mental health. This has given me a strong understanding of the emotional wellbeing considerations that can accompany life’s challenges, and is an important part of the compassionate approach I bring to my work.
I am fully insured through Holistic Insurance Services and am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR).
I’m based at my clinic room within Health Hwb, 10 High Street, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.
I’m incredibly proud to be a multi-award-winning Complementary Healthcare Practitioner, having received recognition at the Best of Welsh Business Awards in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
In 2024, Touch Healing was awarded Best Health & Wellbeing Business and Best Overall Business, something I’m particularly proud of and grateful for.
