Hello my name is Bethan. I have spent the last 15 years training, developing, and practicing a range of treatments that can effectively support and enhance wellbeing. 

My passion is supporting the individual to naturally enhance and support the body, mind and spirit.

I specialise in Reproductive Reflexology (TM Reproflexology), Maternity Reflexology and Functional Reflex Therapy. 

As a qualified Counsellor and Complementary Therapist, I create individual treatment plans, skilfully combining approaches and theories to support both body and mind.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR) and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
