Hello, I’m Caroline, the owner of Soulful Holistic Therapies.
I am deeply passionate about supporting women with their reproductive health, as well as couples on their fertility journey. My own experiences have led me to truly appreciate how much we go through; physically, emotionally, and mentally. With a background of 12 years in nursing, I bring a strong understanding of health and the body to my reflexology practice, along side a compassionate and holistic approach. Since becoming a reflexologist, I’ve felt a strong calling to help others reconnect with their bodies and feel seen, heard, and supported. This work means so much to me, and I feel incredibly honoured to walk alongside the women and couples I work with as they navigate such important and personal chapters in their lives.
