Welcome to The Reflexology Studio. My name is Chrissy and I am a Complementary Therapist with a special interest in Women’s Health – Reproductive, Maternity, Postnatal, Menopause, Menstrual issues, Pregnancy Massage.
I am passionate about supporting both Women, Men and couples across Wales on their fertility journey whether that be for natural conception, assisted conception such as IVF, unexplained and secondary infertility. Reproductive Reflexology helps couples with fertility problems by balancing the hormone production necessary for conception, helps to regulate periods and is effective in minimising the impact of conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Ovarian Cysts, Fibroids etc.
Bespoke treatments take place in my tranquil coastal practice in beautiful Ogmore-By-Sea, Vale of Glamorgan. There is plenty of easy parking within easy reach of Cardiff, Bridgend, Cowbridge, Swansea.
Chrissy is fully insured and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR) Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and FEDANT (Federation Of Antenatal Educators). The Reflexology Studio is an Eco Friendly practice and only uses organic/vegan products.
Chrissy has an interest in nutrition and the associated link between gut health and fertility/menstrual health and is currently studying for her Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition.
