I am an experienced Reflexologist and holistic therapist with over 10 years’ experience in reflexology and more than 25 years’ professional experience in nursing and health visiting. My healthcare background, together with my specialist training in Reproductive Reflexology, allows me to offer knowledgeable, compassionate support tailored to each person or couple.
I work with women, men and couples at different stages of their reproductive journey. You may be looking for support with your menstrual cycle or reproductive health, preparing for pregnancy, trying to conceive naturally, exploring male reproductive health, or going through assisted conception such as IUI, IVF or ICSI.
I know that navigating fertility and reproductive health can sometimes feel like a lot to manage. My aim is to provide a supportive space where there is time to talk through your history, ask questions and feel listened to.
We begin with a comprehensive consultation, looking at your general and reproductive health, lifestyle, menstrual cycle where relevant, any investigations you have had and any medical or fertility treatment you may be receiving. Couples are encouraged to attend the initial consultation together.
From there, I create a treatment plan specifically for you, with ongoing Reproductive Reflexology sessions adapted to your circumstances and, where appropriate, your cycle or stage of fertility treatment. Reflexology can be used alongside the care you receive from your GP, fertility clinic or other healthcare professionals.
Treatments take place in my peaceful, private garden studio in South Queensferry, Edinburgh, where I aim to provide a warm, calm and welcoming environment.
