I am a qualified reflexologist with a background in nursing and a strong passion for supporting health and wellbeing through complementary therapies. I am a member of the NNRI (National Network of Reflexologists in Ireland) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists. I have a special interest in fertility and reproductive health.

I have undertaken training as a nutritional therapist, completed a yearlong mentorship in fertility nutrition and additional training with Barbara Scott, expanding expertise in reflexology to support clients on their fertility journey.
