Hi, I’m Gemma, the owner of Reflex and Holistics and I have been a qualified Reflexologist since 2002.  I am located in Hoole, Chester and have a relaxing clinic within my home but I also offer home visits in a 15 mile radius from Chester.

I have specialised in helping women with their health by taking extra course in fertility reflexology, maternity reflexology, lymphatic drainage reflexology (RLD) and reflexology for menopause.

I am a member of the Association of reproductive reflexologists (ARR), a member of the Association of reflexologists (AoR) and a member of the Federation of holistic therapists (FHT).
