Hi I’m Helen and I cover North Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire. I have helped many women and couples on their fertility journey, whether just starting out or going through assisted conception. My background in reflexology, fertility reflexology, nutrition and health coaching has allowed me to use all my skills and experiences with helping give the best treatment, advice and support to my clients.

I trained with the London School of Reflexology in 2013 then took further training in reproductive reflexology, with Seren Fertility under Barbara Scott, who has worked in fertility centres throughout the UK. I have also got qualifications in nutrition, hormonal health and health coaching. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Association of Reproreflexologists (ARR). I am also a Women’s Health Coach who helps women who are stressed and want to feel more energised.

I have a treatment room in Shillington,Bedfordshire, near Hitchin and also practice at the Happy Body Project in Haynes, Bedfordshire, Leaf Clinic in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and The Chiropractic Clinic in Old Stevenage, Hertfordshire. I do home visits too.
