I’m Jayne and I am a qualified Reflexologist based in Penarth, South Wales. I have a particular interest in Reflexology for fertility issues, stress & anxiety and women’s health. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR).
I qualified as a Reproductive Reflexologist as I always wanted to be able to help clients with their fertility journey to the best of my ability. I experienced unexplained infertility myself and wish I had known about Reproductive Reflexology at the time, as I would have found a practitioner.
I am interested supporting women in all areas of their reproductive health; menstrual cycle issues, infertility, assisted reproduction, maternity and peri-menopause to menopause. I think it is important that women find a holistic approach to help them through these times, since the emotional effects can be as challenging as the physical ones.
As the mother of two boys, male reproductive health from puberty to fertility is of particular importance to me. With male fertility on the decline, I feel it is important to raise awareness of the benefits of reproductive reflexology to assist with this.
