Katrina is the proprietor of Sole to Soul which was established in February 2004 to meeting the growing need for Holistic Therapies in today’s fast paced life. Having achieved a degree in Computing and Information Systems in 1996 Katrina worked in this field for 7 years. During this time she became attracted to the various therapies and used them on a regular basis to help her relax and deal with the day to day stresses and pressures of working as a QA Manager. After trying and testing these treatments, she saw and felt the benefits and was drawn to study Complementary Therapies .
Katrina a member of the Irish Reflexology Institute and International Guide of Professional Practioners and follows a strict code of ethical guidelines in her day to day work. She is available for
