I qualified in Reflexology in 2001 and have since continued to undertake numerous professional development courses to enhance my knowledge of the therapy. In 2010 I trained as a Reproductive Reflexologist under Barbara Scott learning protocols in pre conceptual care and assisted conception.
I have undergone thorough levels of training in all aspects of my work and as a professional therapist am fully insured and undergo continual professional development which is legal requirement of a professional therapist.
The scope of my services spans various forms of Reflexology, including Fertility, Maternity, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, and Spinal/Nerve Reflexology. Additionally, I bring a holistic approach to healthcare, being fully trained as a Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Healer.
Situated in a purpose-built therapy lodge conveniently located near Cardiff’s city center and easily accessible from major roads, I offer a conducive environment for healing and well-being.
My areas of specialism include Hormonal related issues i.e Menstruation, pre/post menopause, pre/post maternity. As a fully qualified Reproductive Reflexologist I work with couples undergoing assisted conception. Using RLD I have helped those with oedema especially following Breast surgery. I also help people with digestive disorders and those undergoing cancer treatments.
