Hi, I’m Lindsay at Down to Earth Reflexology, I’m located in Letchworth in Hertfordshire. I’m a fully qualified reflexologist since 2015, a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
I’m passionate about providing reflexology to clients, but especially working with clients to help support natural conception and assisted fertilty cycles. This work really is in a class of it’s own, I work with female clients to help regulate menstural cycles, work towards efficient ovulation and support medical conditions which cause fertility challenges. I too work with men to help improve their sperm health. I’m experienced at supporting women through assited fertility cycles, in particular Letrozole and IVF. The desired outcome is always my aim.
At Down to Earth Reflexology clients are treated as individuals and in the strictest confidence. In addition to providing tailored reflexology protocols, nutritional & lifestyle guidance, stress management tips and fertility tracking techniques are recommended.
My therapy room is a tranquil space allowing for some time-out and deep relaxation. There is off-street parking and a private entrance.
