Hello, I’m Maria João from Portugal and I live in Lisbon.

I discovered Reflexology in 2006 and in 2012 I received the Professional training certificate of Integrate Reflexology from the Instituto de Reflexologia Integrada de Lisboa – IRIL.

Since 2015 I run a private Reflexology practice in Lisbon and I developed my own method:-.Zen Reflexology based in Holistic, Chinese, Emotional and Energetic Reflexology

I had training of: Oriental Reflexology, Faciotherapy, Chi-Reflexology, Effective Reflexology™, Orthopedic Reflexology, VRT (Lynne Booth), Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth, Menopause Reflexology,  Reflex therapy of the Feet Advanced Reflexology , The Manzanares Method and Reproductive Reflexology.

In recent years I have been more dedicated to women’s reflexology and I work with women of all ages, from puberty to old age through all the main phases, puberty, woman of childbearing age, pregnancy and menopause.

 I have a qualification in other complementary therapies: Shiatsu, Reiki, Color Therapy, Clinic Aromatherapy, Pranic Healing, Chakra Therapy and EFT.

I’m a board member of the International Council of Reflexologist (ICR).

 I speak: Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
