Hi name is Norah, I’ve been a multi-diciplined holistic therapist specialising in Women’s Wellness since re-training in 2002 after spending too many years in the fashion industry.
Drawing on my own personal background in business I understand the stress associated with the kind of lifestyle that goes with a busy working life and the effects it can have on your health, happiness and fertility. I set about creating more balance and harmony in my own life and trained in the therapies that I found supported me during those stressful years.
Studying Reflexology helped me maintain some balance, both physically & hormonally. Qualifying as a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP and EFT practitioner helped me to actually set and achieve my goals and gave me the tools I needed to manage the highs and lows. I became interested in Fertility issues and further trained in Reproductive Reflexology, The Fertile Body Method and HypnoBirthing.
My Fertility and Natural Birth Programme will gently support you whether you are trying to conceive naturally or undergoing assisted conception, or have other health issues connected with fertility, including miscrriage. My aim is to help you stay mentally strong and hormonally balanced and prepared for your journey ahead.
