Paulette Hebert
The Rooted Family Wellness Centre is a holistic wellness and community hub in Kanata, Ontario, for families at all stages of their birthing and parenting journey.
Paulette Hebert is our in-house Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) and is trained in Feet and Hand Reflexology as well as Cranial-Facial Technique (comprises reflex points of the head, face, ears, neck, arms and hands).
With her +15 years of experience in perinatal health and fitness during her university studies, Paulette engaged and successfully completed the Reproflexology™ Courses and became a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR).
In April 2020 Paulette obtained her Advanced ReproflexologyTM Certificate issued by the AoR and Napier University in Edinburgh Scotland.
Her training with the ARR sees her working with clients trying to get pregnant naturally as well as those opting for clinical assisted means such as IUI, IVF, ICSI. As a Reproductive Reflexologist Paulette also caters to male and female clients who are afflicted with reproductive health issues such as perimenopause, endometriosis, ovarian cysts or for males; prostate or vasectomy reversal issues, testicular cancer, etc.
Paulette assertively encourages all persons to include Reflexology into their wellness regimes.
