My name is Rachel Troullis and I offer mobile reflexology and massage treatments in and around the IG8 area.
I have over 14 years experience as a reflexologist and over 7 years experience as a massage therapist. Within this time, I have trained and specialised in many different areas of reflexology and massage, one of them being fertility reflexology in 2011 and 2021. In 2011, I undertook fertility reflexology training, which gave me good basic fertility reflexology knowledge. 10 years later in 2021, I decided to expand my fertility training with Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR). There amazing Reproreflexology courses allowed me to expand my fertility knowledge even further, enabled me to use reflexology alongside the different fertility treatments, use a more scientific approach with a holistic twist and confidently read blood test results and semen analysis plus much more. All this knoweldge and experience allows me and all of the ARR reflexologist to help support everyones fertility journeys whether its a more natural approach or in a more clinical setting. Even the finer details such as how long your menstruation cycle is, to how long is your bled, what is your bled like (clotted etc), what contraception were you using etc etc. All this information allows us to tailor a specific reproreflexology treatment just for you and your fertility journey.
