Hello, I’m Rima Shah and I’m a natural healthcare  and a multi-disciplined holistic therapist, as well as being the owner of Calm and Clear Complementary Therapies® in London.

I come from an Indian Ayurvedic background, which allows me to incorporate the Ayurvedic principles into my treatments.

I have been involved in the complementary health field since 1995. My career in the health industry started many years ago while I was at university where I a received a BSc degree in Life Sciences, which includes anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and pharmacology.

I am very enthusiastic and determined about my work and I believe in guiding people to help them feel at their optimum. The choice of treatment or treatments used is designed and customised for each person after an initial consultation and regular follow ups including specific lifestyle and aftercare advice.

Additionally, I am a Complementary Therapies lecturer and speaker, and I specialise in teaching postgraduate courses to practitioners as well as running workshops for midwives. I also hold various talks for the general public.

I have been fortunate to have featured on national TV, radio, newspapers and magazines, and I have won and been a finalist in a number of awards.

 

I specialise in women’s health, preconception/fertility, pregnancy (all stages), stress management and digestive health.

 

I offer Fertility reflexology and Fertility massage alongside detailed consultation and follow up support.
