I am a Reflexologist specialising in women’s health, with particular focus on hormonal balance and reproductive wellbeing. I support clients through all stages of the menopausal journey, from perimenopause through to post menopause, using reflexology techniques designed that may bring balance and enhance wellbeing.
In addition to menopausal care, I have a strong interest in fertility support. I work with individuals and couples who are trying to conceive naturally, as well as those undergoing assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI. My approach is to support the body, reduce stress, and complement medical fertility pathways. I am committed to creating a calm, supportive, and informed environment where clients feel fully listened to and cared for.
I am also a fluent Welsh speaker and can offer treatments through the medium of Welsh.
