Hello, I’m the founder of Come To Revive based in the beautiful Fownhope countryside in Herefordshire.

One of the areas of reflexology I specialise in is natural fertility including working with couples undergoing assisted fertility treatment such as IUI and IVF/ICSI).

I have undergone extensive training with Barbara Scott, founder of Seren Natural Fertility and chair of The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists. Barbara has been working successfully in fertility treatment for over seventeen years and has supported numerous couples to fall pregnant.

Fertility reflexology has been shown to work for many couples in a number of ways to enhance fertility (male and female) including to:​

  • Support any medical conditions that may be present

  • Support hormonal balance and regulate the menstrual cycle

  • To reduce any associated anxiety and stress which can have a negative effect on the ability to conceive

  • Support assisted fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF/ICSI by working with the body to support the treatment

  • Help to put your body in prime condition to receive and fertilise your eggs

I work with women and men at various stages in their fertility planning, whether they are enhancing their general health before trying for a baby, experiencing problems with conception or require help and guidance during pregnancy – for which I offer specialist Maternity Reflexology.

Where clients are undergoing fertility treatment with conventional medical practitioners, I am able to work alongside their treatment to support their body’s response to the treatment in order to support the chances of success using their body’s own mechanisms.

Every client/couple I work with are treated as individuals and receive a tailored treatment plan. All treatment plans start with a thorough pre-conceptual review (ideally with both partners) to establish how best to support my clients specific fertility needs.
