Hello! I'm Zoë Oughton

As well as being a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (and their Social Media Manager), I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists ( AoR) and the Federation of holistic therapists ( FHT).  I specialise in women’s health and offer reflexology for fertility, maternity, lymph drainage, menopause as well as hot stones and aromaflex. 

I practice from The Hen House , Kingsbridge on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I love cooking – I really enjoy having friends round and keeping people happy and fed well!
